Repairs are one of the most important aspects of our business. Jewelry and watches that are worn daily will occasionally require some maintenance. Most substantial problems can be prevented with regular maintenance and minor repairs.

 

Jewelry Repair

We offer service to repair prongs, sizing, refinishing, soldering, and remounting for all types of fine jewelry.   On watches, we offer full overhauls, new crystals, waterproofing, polish, and refinishing of the case and bracelets.  

Our lead goldsmith has proudly sat at the bench for 38 years.   He is a designer, caster, stone setter, and performs beautiful restoration of vintage jewelry.  He uses a blend of old world craftsmanship as and some of the newest technology available.  He is highly skilled and shares our passion to provide quality work and to earn your trust.

Watch Services

We offer watch battery changes, watch cleaning, and gasket replacement. Watch cleaning can be done the same day, while battery and gasket replacement typically requires 1-2 business days.

We recommend you allow a minimum of 20 minutes to evaluate repairs as we meticulously assess each item before asking you to leave them.  A comprehensive consultation occurs before and after each repair to help our clients fully understand necessary work and participate in deciding how to proceed.
